Skip Module for Joomla! 1.5 show interlude page that is shown temporarily before the intended target page, usually for the purpose of airing an important announcement or catchy advertisement.
Quite a few popular sites such as PCWorld, News.com, Gamespot etc all use a similar idea for the later purpose.
With Skip, you can painlessly add an interlude page to proceed any page on your site, just by publish the module.
The interlude page is dynamically rendered using an IFRAME element that covers the browser window and can contain any external document.
You can decide to show the interlude page only to visitors, only to user or both. Decide if show just 1 time for session or on all change of page.
You can also set the number of second before redirect to the intended target page.
Skip can be also use to create a Splash page, just publish it on your home page and set the module to be showed 1 time for session. Very simple!

This module is released under GPL V2 license and is compatible only with Joomla! 1.5.
Skip don't work with old browser, like IE6, user with IE6 will see directly the target page.
