Fix TopPanel show a fixed toppanel with inside text or a module position.
The module will be visible always on the top of page also scrolling the page.
You can show text (also with HTML) or load a module.
You can use this module to show always on top of you site a login module, a search module, an advise, a banner, a menu.... the limit is your fantasy!
Visitor can hide/show the module and you can decide if do this possibility or not.
